Like most new knitters, you probably think, “This is great! Now I have all the knitting tools I’ll need.”

Those are the notions they WANT YOU to think knitters use.

But guess what? I don't use them!

In this video, I'll show you the 5 KNITTING TOOLS I DON'T USE and the ONES I DO USE.

Knitting Tools I Don’t Use

• Slip Ring Stitch Markers

• Diaper-Pin Stitch Holders

• Hook Cable Needle

• Row Counter on Needle

• Stitch Stoppers (aka Point Protectors)

Knitting Tools I Do Use

• Locking Stitch Markers

• Double-Ended Stitch Holders

• Curved Cable Needle

• Kacha Kacha Row Counter

Tools I don't use include split ring stitch markers, on the needle row counters, shepherd's hook cable needles, diaper-pin stitch holders, and stitch stoppers.

My favorite knitting tools include locking stitch markers, double-ended stitch holders, curved cable needles, and clicker row counters.
