Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Nobleknits.com offers FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Just because shipping is free, doesn't mean it should take a long time. Nobleknits.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days. Orders are shipped via US First Class or UPS depending on the product(s) ordered.

Need faster delivery? It's now available in addition to our free shipping options. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to choose one of these options and shipping is automatically calculated for you at that time. Please note, shipping time does NOT include order processing time. Orders placed after after 2 pm will ship the next business day.

    1. USPS Priority Mail 2-3 business days
    2. USPS Express 1-2 business days

YES! NobleKnits ships to most countries around the world! We ship using USPS Mail which generally takes 6-12 business days.

Please note, we ship all international orders promptly and notify you via email when your order has shipped. Delays through customs and international mail may occur.

International Shipping Rates are based on weight and calculated for you automatically at checkout.

How do I get my PDF Downloadable Pattern?

If you purchase a PDF downloadable pattern, check your email for the email marked "ORDER CONFIRMATION." The links to download your PDF patterns will appear in that email.

Do you wind yarns?

Do you hate to wind hanked yarn into a ball? We can do that for you! If you would like us to wind yarn hanks, we now offer a yarn winding service for just $2/hank. Allow extra time for processing this service. Please note wound hanks are NOT returnable.

Do you take returns or exchanges? 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Kits must also be unopened and in sellable condition. Contact us if you have questions about the skill level of a kit.
Please note: items with the word "SALE!" in the title are final sale and not returnable. If we receive your return after 30 days, you will receive a store credit for the amount returned.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 
 
Please note: Patterns are not returnable. If you have a question about a pattern not answered on our website, please contact us (i.e. complexity, skill level, charted vs. written, etc). We are happy to help!
 
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
 

How Do I Return an Item?

If you need to return an item, click here login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
