Just because shipping is free, doesn't mean it should take a long time. Nobleknits.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days. Orders are shipped via US First Class or UPS depending on the product(s) ordered.
Need faster delivery? It's now available in addition to our free shipping options. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to choose one of these options and shipping is automatically calculated for you at that time. Please note, shipping time does NOT include order processing time. Orders placed after after 2 pm will ship the next business day.

Do you wind yarns?
Do you hate to wind hanked yarn into a ball? We can do that for you! If you would like us to wind yarn hanks, we now offer a yarn winding service for just $2/hank. Allow extra time for processing this service. Please note wound hanks are NOT returnable.

How Do I Return an Item?
If you need to return an item, click here login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
