This is one of my favorite yarns to knit. My first project was the Briza Breeze poncho. I'm now working on the Cardenas cardigan and it's knitting up beautifully. The yarn is very strong and easy to knit with. I live in southern California and it's produces a garment that is just the right weight for a cool day.
Berroco Briza Yarn
Light as a cloud! Briza is a lovely and very soft knitted tube chain of fluffy mohair blend yarn. We love it because it is perfect for multi-seasonial wear. It's smooth while still having a soft halo effect. You'll love the stitch definition and beautiful mottled colors of this yarn. It knits up at a worsted weight. Use Briza to knit shawls, wraps, cowls, sweaters, and hats. Made in Italy.

I have purchased this yarn 2xs to make the Briza breeze poncho. The first one I made stays in the car. Great for putting on before going to the movies or anywhere you know the temp is cold or the air conditioner blows. I'm making another one in blue. Plan to make more for gifts.
I really was impressed with this yarn. I ordered 9315 Mapa - oh so pretty. I knitted a cowl and it was so fluffy and soft. I was going to gift it but I could not let it go. Really nice. You won't be disappointed with any projects you make using the yarn.
I think I like the yarn itself, however ordered Mendocino, even called to be sure it was a yellow gold color - but it is definitely NOT, it is about as beige as it comes.
