Estella is a slouchy beret worked in a two colour star stitch pattern with a simple ribbed band. The crown shaping continues the star theme with paired decreases worked in along five stocking stitch ribs that come together in a central starburst. Shown in a beautifully soft baby llama yarn that creates a lovely drape and softly blended colours. It could also be worked in a single colour to emphasise the lacey, textured stitch pattern. Both written and charted directions are provided so that you can work from the form you prefer or a combination of both.

You will need:

• 1 ball each of 2 colors Manos Maxima Yarn OR 82 yards each of 2 colors worsted weight yarn
• Size US 5 & 7 circular 16" knitting needles
• Size US 7 double pointed needles
