Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Nobleknits.com offers FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. Nobleknits.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days. Orders are shipped via US First Class or UPS depending on the product(s) ordered.

  • US Priority Mail 2-3 business days
  • US Express Mail 1-2 business days

During the checkout process, you will be prompted to choose one of these options and shipping is automatically calculated for you at that time.

Do you ship internationally? 

YES! We ship USPS Priority Mail International. 
International Shipping Rates are based on weight and calculated for you automatically at checkout. 

May I place my order over the telephone? 

For your convenience, you may choose to place your order over the telephone. Call us toll free at 1.866.86.KNITS. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card accepted on phone orders.

What credit cards do you accept online? 

For fastest delivery, purchase securely online using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card. You may also use your PayPal account.
Please do not send credit card info via email, use our shopping cart. It is a secure online ordering system.

Do you take returns? 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How Do I Return an Item?

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
