落雷 r a k u r a i ( j a p . ) - t h u n d e r b o l t , b o l t o f l i g h t n i n g. Inspired by many visits to Japanese Shinto shrines I have noticed these sacred objects that are most frequently decorated with a hemp rope and unusual white paper origami representing a bolt of lightning. This chevron-shaped scarf is created based on the look of that striking
origami and is worked in the round continuously while shaping of the tips takes place. Great decorative scarf with a bit of exaggerated statement.
