Included in the February 2011 Feed Your Creativity knitting kit is the Sonoma Socks pattern, designed by Sandi Rosner. You'll receive one ball of Kollage Sock-a-licious yarn, color shown in photo. The Sonoma Socks feature a simple rib and cable pattern on the let that transitions to a graceful v-shape on the heel flap and instep. The stockinette stitch foot makes for comfortable wear. The heel turns and gussets use traditional shaping for great fit.

Skill building: casting on loosely, working in the round on double pointed needles, 6 stitch and 4 stitch rope cables, working from a chart, make 1 increase, turning a heel with short rows, picking up stitches from an edge, Kitchner stitch
