This Berroco yarn seems to have it all - It's super soft, light as a feather and self striping - just like my favorite dessert, souffle! This aptly named yarn is a lovely mix of Baby Alpaca, Wool and Acrylic with a knitted chain construction. It knits up at an ultra-quick 2 sts per inch. Use it to knit scarves, sweaters, hats, and much more.
