The Elan Mitt is faux "fairaisle".  The finished pattern looks like each row was knit using two colors.  Worked in the mosaic technique with strategically slipped sts, you'll enjoy watching the colorwork pattern unfold while knitting each round with only one strand of yarn.

Finshed Measurements:  Sizes: Women's S (M, L) Mitt Length: 8" (8.5", 8.5") Fits Hand Circumference of: 6"-6.5" (7"-7.5", 8"-8.5")

Gauge:  9 stitches and 12 rows = 1 inch in St st

You will need:

• Fingering Weight Wool Milla Mia Merino (130 yds/ball) - MC (purple) - 140 (160, 180) yards, C1 (green) - 80 (90, 100) yards C2 (cream) - 60 (70, 80) yards
• US 2: dpns (4).  Adjust needle size to obtain the corect gauge
• 3 stitch markers
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch holder
